Welcome to the prospective member pathway! We’re so glad to hear that you’re interested in becoming a member at Harbor, and we look forward to walking alongside you through his process. The pathway is an intentional process designed to help you grow in Christ, learn about church membership, and discern the best next steps for you. To complete the pathway, click on the links next to each step. Once you’re done, someone from our team will reach out to confirm your spot at the prospective member forum where you’ll get to meet other prospective members, ask questions, and clarify member expecations. Church membership is an important step in a person’s discipleship journey, and we’re excited to help you take that step with confidence and joy!

Basics of Church Membership

Healthy church membership begins with a biblical understanding of what the church is, what it does, and how its members should relate to one another.

Member Commitments

We ask members to belong to a Harbor Group, serve in one area of ministry one Sunday a month, and give financially to the mission and ministries of Harbor Church.

Membership Documents

A healthy church is unified in its beliefs, vision, and expectations of one another. These documents clarify what those beliefs and expectations are.
